I tried a copy and paste word document. The result was a real mess. Sorry.

Hi Stella. IF you are cutting and pasting from Word -before you hit paste in the text box on the forums-click the button in the upper right corner that says "text" and THEN paste your stuff in and it may help avoid the diacritical and paragraph markings from coming through in the final pasted version!
