Do you ever have help (friend, family, significant other) getting dressed? Do you prefer having help or doing it alone?
I wish! I would KILL to have help getting dressed-whether a friend(probably female friend) or a significant other-though there hasn't been one in a while.

When I was a waiter back in the early 80's I worked with a wonderful gay co-worker who was into "female impersonators" as they called them then. He took me to the shows, let me wear a pair of his heels and one of his dresses and did my makeup - he was good at it and it was really fun. My wife tolerated my wearing a bra and panties to bed sometimes and I really appreciated that - but I have not really had help dressing completely en femme in a long time

I have had help, a cousin in law that was more like a little sister, we used to go shopping and would play dress up. Having a degree in theater, make up was easier. But giving each other make overs was fabulous.
Alot of times myself and other gals will share hotel rooms together when going out, although we dont really "help" each other get dressed, besides maybe back zippers, and necklaces..it IS really nice to have another gal there to go "Which outfit ??" "Which shoes do you think"?? Can I borrow your red clutch pocketbook?? I forgot my makeup brushes, can I borrow yours?
That is a dream of mine. To meet a woman and have her say that she would like to make me into a real woman. I do the best I can by my self. But to have a woman accept who I am and help me on my desires of being a woman or at least looking more like a woman would be the ultimate for me.

Only once that I received help getting dressed. I was in a clothing store trying on dresses. One dress with the zipper low in the back, I had a hard time getting it pulled up. The clerk came around and ask if I needed any help. I told her yes, that I needed help in putting on the dress. She came into the dressing room and helped me with the zipper. She than told me how nice it looked on me. I had to agree, but didn't get that dress. It was too had to put on y my self. I did buy another dress that I could put on my self. I loved the feeling of another girl helping me to get dressed and talking to me like I was a natural girl.
