Baby steps can lead to bolder leaps ... and here I am. I'm so very fortunate to have found Crossdresser Heaven. My story is not unlike many I've read on here ... began around 8 ... ostracized after being caught dressing ... told I was deviant, sick, damaged. I had to be a man, had to follow the societal norms ... be who I was supposed to be.

Then to have rejections in relationships didn't help this process - so - I had to stow that part of me away for a long time ... until now. It started with a partner that - through talking and some playing - just ignited her all over again.

That encouragement ... gradually brought her out again. I finally came out to my partner (f) who has been incredibly supportive and even helping in some regards. While it doesn't do anything for her (sexually) she's very supportive and understanding.

The journey may have gotten off to a rocky and late start, but I can say that I'm very blessed to have this path emerging for me right now and I'm lucky to have started to make friends here.

Have a blessed day and thanks for checking me out.  *blushes*

Hi Blue Belle, I hope you find CDH as enlightening and supportive as I have. If you ever need any advice, support, or just a fun chat, you will always find someone who can help here. Welcome.

Welcome Blue Belle,

I can really sympathize with your experience.  In my teen years, I mishandled an experience that drove me into the closet for more than 20 years.   I have only recently began exploring my femininity again.  Thankfully, I also enjoy my wife's support, but it is a journey that we are still learning how it affects the dynamic of our relationship.  I hope that we can provided you with the support and advice that I have found so valuable in my own experience.

Don't be a stranger.

MacKenzie

*hugs!* Hang in there! We have support here - among us - which is an incredible thing. I do hope you find someone local to you that can help you embrace who you are. While we all know that not everyone will respond, react the same way it's important to know you're not alone - and most of us have gone through that kind of loneliness. Still, we don't give up hope because we don't always know what's going to happen tomorrow and yet - here we are.

*hugs!*
