It's a long road, getting rid of the sir's can be quite a challenge. When I transitioned I used Lucille's program Stepping Out Secrets http://bit.ly/stepping-out-secrets - it was immensely helpful in those first few months. I don't think I would have achieved my goals as quickly without it.
