I am an older part time cd who just lost a very supportive and loving friend to cancer. I came out to Cathy some fifteen years ago and I am so glad I did. She assisted me in every aspect of my appearance from head to foot and treated me like one of her female friends. She gave me some confidence to reach out and that is why I joined CDH.

Hi Cissy, So sorry to hear of the loss of your friend.

I'm sure you will be able to make some friends here on CDH.

We have a great community of supportive and friendly folks here.

Hello & welcome Cissy, So very sorry to hear of the loss of your friend, went through that myself back in October of 2015. Cancer bites...... we hope you find the community to be safe, supportive, & caring.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your best friend, Cissy.Your friend was truly special, and her advice is prudent: Reach out and make new friends. CDH is a wonderful enabler to do just that. I hope to talk to you soon!
