How do you go out most often?
Aside from work, which usually has its own attire, how do you dress when you go shopping, run errands, get gas, etc?
En femme, as a male, fem male, or the 'was that a woman' mode?
I know I dress for the task, but most times I don't care enough to fend off the clothing choices I desire

I Love Dresses, Skirt-suits, Blouses with Skirts and Pant Suits. I am not fond of Jeans or Denim. If I go shopping it is in a Pant Suit on weekends ad Skirt Suit during the week. I do not overdress and my look is typically a working secretary look. If it is after hours shopping I will keep it to Slacks, with Blouses or Camisoles with a Blazer. I have followed this type of presentation since the first time I went out en-femme and I am comfortable with it.

Claudia,
Darling I just love questions like these. It gives an irish lass a chance to yab. When I go out, it depends on my state of mind, and what I'm going to be doing. When I go grocery shopping, usually a pair of stretchy pants, or a skirt with an appropriate top, if I'm going clothes or shoe shopping I usually wear a longer skirt, sweater or blouse, and appropriate shoes. Now, if we are painting the town red & going dancing out comes my faves!!! Tight fitting skirts or sweater dress, higher heels, or boots.
Sorry to give a short answer long, but I'll stop here.
Hugs!!!

Good question.
It requires two answers.
1) Is my wife with me?
If so, I'm likely to wear a nice pair of slacks or maybe my black knit pant from Catherine's. A button up oxford shirt (women's), knee hi's, my almost looks like loafers flats and my hair in a high ponytail.
2) Am I alone?
In that case, it's my more feminine slacks, or a skirt and a button up blouse. I complete the outfit with some low heeled comfortable shoes. Hair pulled back on top caught with a nice feminine hair accessory and loose on the sides and in back. That's if I plan to go shopping, which is my favorite outing. Things have to be easy to get in and out of if I'm going to be trying on clothes and the shoes need to be comfortable if I'm going to shop 'til I drop.
If I'm not shopping for clothes, I might wear a nice dress, or some slacks with a pullover top. The frillier the better.
In option 2 (out alone) jewelry is a must, bracelet, necklace and earrings. And of course mascara and some noticeable lipstick... a light pink is nice. I wear this to do grocery shopping at both Safeway and Bi-mart. (Remind me to tell you about the Bi-mart employee who like to chat with me every time she sees me in the store.)
