My answer- At work and when around others, it is just underdressing with panties and trouser socks and occasionally stockings/pantyhose and periodically painted toenails in my shoes. (and walking out to car and back into home with a pair of black pumps-love the click of heels on pavement-such a feminine sound !) Not yet out in public yet(at least not where others will see me or interact anyway). At home I wear nightgowns to bed over my bra and breastforms; during the evenings and weekends unless I’m going out or have company I am dressing in full outfit(wig and dress or blouse/skirt or shorts combos). If I know I won’t be surprised/disturbed I will put on full makeup-if not sure then I just put on perfume and lipstick/lip gloss as those are easily hidden/removed if get a surprise visitor.

I only dress a few times a month at most. But I dress full on
head to toe and make the day of it. I wish dressing as a woman
made me a better cook,but sadly no.
I will try to keep my toenails painted as long as I can. Easy
enough to hide them in everyday dude mode. I'm still very much
a closet dresser. I'm still working on trying to go out dressed
but I really don't know if that's a goal for me or not.
most of the time when i´m out of the city and at the end of work. All of the time underwear (thongs), some times at the office pantyhouses, when at gym (almost daily), womens leggins, athletic cut and long sleeve tops, most of the leggings are black an occasionally multicolour printed ones
Almost too much/ often to keep to myself.
Skirts in and out of the house - as previously posted. Daily. Otherwise pencil leggings.
Heels when I can. Gladiator sandles are next in line.
Toe nails polished - always.
Make up when I know family is not here.
Lip stain - except at work.
Shaved legs - except for the heat of summer.

Very much like you, Cynthia. Always underdress in normally panties and a cami with the weather getting cooler that will soon include hose or body stocking, always a nightie at bed time. Most days (I work nights) I have to be careful around the house. The landlady is home almost all the time and even though she knows and has given me some lovely things, she would rather not see. When she and roommate are out... well then skirt and blouse or a dress, lingerie, a little makeup, maybe a very lite dash of perfume. I so miss the days when I could fully change as soon as I walked into the house.
Right now its only wearing panties daily under my ugly male clothes and then wearing panties or tights at night or in bed. I know its pretty pathetic but anytime I try and dress up anymore I just look like some fat guy in a dress and its sad and pathetic. I hope to get in shape this winter and perhaps join a gym and slim down so when I do eventually transition that I can look a lot better than I do now.
I sleep in a nightie in my semi and at home.Always panties and a bra under jeans and a tee shirt.I live alone so when I am at home I am in lingerie and hose,beginning this winter I will wear panty hose and camis under my outer clothes.I want to let learn how to properly apply makeup and I am going to start using a light lip gloss to protect my lips in the cold
I probably go through phases - last year was probably couple of times a month, this year has been once every couple months, so I appear to be in remission right now... I don't get any satisfaction out of anything less than full femulation, so it means I have to allocate some 'special' time being secretly closeted.
The fact that we can pursue so many different variations and be happy with them demonstrates for me how different our individual motivations are even though we may all share the same basic need. Circumstances have a lot to do with it too - I'm sure I'd get more time if I had the complete freedom to do so, but I can at least get enough to keep my girl part from nagging too much.. LoL

Joann I dress when ever I can in summer not so much because you can see my bra under my male cloths but now it is colder hear in Minnesota so I allies have bra panties silk tank top shaved legs which is a must . I just in the last month I started to put some lite makeup on lipstick is one of my favorite things I have all colors sometime I use wild sometimes a neutral color .i will wear real sexy short skirts when my wife is not around she does not like to see me dressed put sometimes I let her catch me I want her to see the real me
One of the great aspects of having a supportive wife is being able to dress as little or as much as I wish to, whenever I want to. Being in that age bracket where my male appearance can be dismissed as 'eccentric' also helps.
On days when I don't dress fully at home, with or makeup ("Hon, real women don't always wear makeup at home so you don't need to feel you have to either") I am always at least underdressed. I don't actually own any male underwear these days. Often when I go out I wear earrings instead of the studs I normally wear, including some fairly 'dangly' types. I also have shoulder-length hair.
One of my best discoveries was a nail polish shade called 'champagne' which is lovley but is so close to flesh colour that it is almost unnoticeable. I frequently wear that on my fingers. I also have a lipstick shade called coconut which is a tad darker than my natural lip colour so I also get away with wearing that. Under the guidelines we established my wife will usually let me know if my lip colour is very noticeable, not to tell me to remove it but just to let me know.
I dress to satisfy my emotional needs so whatever does the job at the time suffices. All Jane, or just a nice bra and knickers combo, whatever it takes.
i dress up most of the time when my 3 adult children are not home for the day and night, wife will let me know i can do what i wanted to do, that is a sign of i can dress up all pretty. but wife wont see me as a female nor help me with make up, nor sit and talk like 2 females and i can tell her why, how do i feel about dressing up as a female? the feeling of being free and having my fem side out is relaxing. i dress up from head to toe, make up and perfume, ear rings, necklace, heels. the hole 9 yards. if you are going to dress up as a female might as well go all the way. when i dress up my male side is like turned off and my fem side is taking over. there is no way of stopping her from dressing up the male body in female clothing. wish i could come out of the closet and just be my self and feminine free. love looking more like my self a female. i was born with a male body and a female brain. i buy my own feminine attire in stores and on line. wife yelled at me for wearing her dresses and using her perfume. so i buy my own feminine things including pads.
that is so nice to have a supportive wife, help with make up, what to wear and not to wear, be all dressed up at home and walk the house like nothing to hide. taking like 2 woman and seeing what a different person we are as females. knowing what it takes to dress up pretty and feeling the sexy clothing, walking in heels. wish my wife would be more supportive. she would really see a difference in me.
Full time for panties, at night bra or silky night shirts. Full body shave a must. I dress as often as I can. From leggins and top, to full head to toe fem. Only can dress when daughter is not at home. Wife doesn't mind, she'll help with advice and make up or buy me things. I do have half the closet for Brandi's cloths and probably more shoes than her. (lol)
I have an accepting wife who is ok with everything except for wigs and makeup. For some reason that bothers her. I think she can accept the sexual part of dressing but not that I feel the need to be feminine. It just how I'm wired and I embrace it, but I think she is worried that the more I fully dress the more I might want to explore life as a woman. I don't blame her and in fact she is partially right- there is a part of me that wonders if I should be,one transgendered and have feminization surgery. I doubt I will but who knows. If Bruce Jenner did it wh not me?
however I digress. To answer your question I wear panties and pantyhose everyday. I usually west that plus a nighty bra and breastforms to bed two or three times a week.
I fully dress head to toe when I get a full day or weekend alone which is 2-4 times a month. Then I can shave my body and wear the dresses, skirts, wigs for favor as long as possible. A few years back I had 9 days alone and stayed enfemme for all 9. It was GREAT. I have a private yard so I can sunbathe or go for a swim in my bikini - always fun

Even though I do not yet go "out" as Cynthia, she has WAY more clothes than my male side ever thought of buying. I could fill at least two bedrooms full with her things-but it needs organizing. Right now,its stuffed in boxes,bags and bins. I have family and friends over often enough that I don't want it to be visibly a woman's house(again at least not yet) so I need to figure out that too along with pruning the wardrobe of things that don;t fit me -either sizewise or fashion wise.
