There are resources everywhere these days. You'd be surprised how many of us there are. The internet is a great tool buy make sure you vent properly and safely.
You can look at the Tri_Ess group in St Paul. They are a national organization that provide support, meetings and sponsored activities for Cross Dressers.

That's what I've been looking for also. I found a nice coffee shop owned by trans people but no actual night clubs
