Lost At Love
I've lost at love again,
it seems I lose them all;
Should I try again,
even though I'll fall?
Each time I try,
and each time I lose;
It's such a wonder,
I haven't turned to booze.
But this I've tried,
and it doesn't work;
all it does is,
make me a jerk.
I've even gone,
as far to have tried;
Multiple types,
of suicide.
And as you can see,
they didn't work either;
So here I sit,
sit and do neither.
I've lost at love again,
it seems my life's story;
Should I try again,
to find someone to love me?
We are kindred souls in this for I too have felt this way. I have to keep hope though for without hope life is meaningless and I refuse to quit trying!
I firmly believe with all my heart, that the only way to lose, is to give up. As the Journey song states, don't stop believing! One day your true love will be there!!!
