Hi to all cross dressing members. I'm Melissa from Pasadena, I am real happy to be a member of this awesome site. I'm 45, and been dressing in my mom's dresses since I was 3. I remember one day she had her wedding album out showing a friend, I saw one of the better pictures of my mom in her wedding dress. I don't know why, I immediately fell in love with it, and promised myself I would find it and try it on. A couple of days later, I went into our basement to get it. I found it in about 5 min. I tried it on and could not believe how I liked how it felt on me.
Since then, I've tried on 3 or 4 of my moms ball gowns as well as my sister's dresses as well. Since those early days I have gotten more dresses. I am truly blessed to have a wife that not only supports me, she even encourages or push me sometimes to become more proficient transforming myself into Melissa.
On January 15, 2002, my wife and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary by renewing our vows in a double wedding gown ceremony. I could not believe how much more I was excited to be a bride instead of a groom. To this day we are still happily married despite dealing with the worst crisis my family has ever dealt with.

Hi Cynthia, thank you for your nice reply, and compliment on my wedding dress in my profile picture. I got that gown, just a couple of months ago on www.dhgate.com for $150.00, just incase you might be interested in where I got it. On a more serious note, it's kinda funny how I have finally gained the courage to start "coming out" with my crossdressing and desire to possibly change my gender, and found this website almost simultaneously.
I'd like to share even more pictures of my wife and I but I don't know where to do this. Thanks for your nice reply, look forward to getting to know you as well.

Hi Melissa. I am a newbie to this forum too, but still, I am glad to have another lady here with me. I live Near Joshua Tree National Park, so we are "almost" neighbors. I told my wife about my Linda side right after we got married, and we enjoyed me in a dress for 40 years before she passed away just recently. The double wedding dress vows renewal sounds beautiful. If you would care to write, I promise to answer.
