From personal experience, my self esteem has grown so much from the wonderful comments made to my pics or a note when I was feeling down. I respectfully request any opportunity you get to send a thoughtful message to someone whether it is a positive comment on a photo or words of encouragement, as we all have our personal struggles in achieving an identity of femininity as well as self-worth. It takes very little time and can completely make one's day as it has made mine many time over. And I know as girls we tend to be "cliquish," and I would also encourage everyone to step out of our "cliques" and be welcoming to everyone. Though I think for the most part this is not an issue, I do notice from time to time on Chat where someone attempts to partake in conversation and her being left out. I thank you for your time.

I agree with you 1000%! I try to be as welcoming to all our members! A/nd I cant tell you how many of them have said thank you for even just the simple act of acknowledging their existence! I think everyone deserves to have something nice aid about them at least once a week so I challenge every member to try and do hat once a week themselves-say hi to someone you don't really "know" yet on the site. Let them know that someone cares! If we all do this then EVERYONE will feel more welcome and we might find new friends that we would never have discovered with out doing this!

Great point Cynthia about nurturing the relationships we do currently have established. Sometimes we take existing friendships for granted and and they can become stagnate. For instance, I took you for granted that I would always see you on chat in the wee hours of the day Challenge accepted. Love ya girl.
