I was with the family and overheard a conversation - is that a man or a woman?
I didn't think much of it it at the time. But afterwards I realized I was was wearing denim leggings.

Obviously, I think we would all enjoy to hear wow she's pretty instead of is that a man or a woman. That given I would take it as a positive because you look feminine enough to have people questioning. I think it would depend on the tone and your own mood when you here the conversation

I'm finding that I get complimented quite often. I was always referredto as a girly boy, or a manly girl. As I've grown older my feminine features have become more pronounced. I go out in public en-femme quite often, dresses, skirts, the hole 9 yards. Hardly anything more than a bit of eyeliner, maybe some lipstick. I'm called ma'am by 95% of the people I meet.
Long story short, why shouldn't we be complimented. If someone looks good...they look good. I've met some women like us that I would've never known they started there life as a man.
