Self-doubt and self-loathing are like weeds in the garden of our psyche, our spirit. We can look at them and see things that we don’t like, things that drain the nutrients from our soul. We can see what we don’t like.
Or we can look at them another way. We can see them as acknowledgement of life. They represent growth and development even if we don’t particularly like the form it takes. They are a start.
Once we look at our weeds in a different light we can see that they’ve prepared the soil for us. They’ve broken the ground and proved that life can exist there. With a happy heart we can now replace them. We can use what we need to remove them and bring forth instead the beautiful blossoms that lie within. They give birth to beauty and for that we can be thankful.

As usual your depth, and wrighting ability astound me.
