@dressing012 I’ve been in your exact position. I kept my cding as low key as possible when my kids were little. It’s not easy. I could never stop completely.
but the idea of being out in public dressed up was not going to happen.
my wife at the time knew and was totally against any aspect of it. So I kept everything hidden.
I found out years later that at least one of my kids knew I crossdressed. And this was before my now ex told them.

I'm at the same position, I cannot be out of the house fully dressed, but I have at least 1-2 days when everybody is working and I'm alone in the house.
So at that time I become Odeth almost half of the day.
The rest of the week I have to be the man of the house, working at 42°C in an industrial park!!!
@dressing012 We're a wide spectrum of people but all still valid. Enjoy it in your own unique way MJ! Maybe in time your circumstances will change and you'll be able to move more closer to your ideal situation.

Hi Michael, yeah I'm with you. Wish I could be out total girly, but cannot. I like to wear my pony tail down and have a small mustache and beard to confuse people. Love your hair!! karley

You do you. I am glad you are at a place you can work within. I was there once and now am in a different place. Just do what works and be happy.
I am in the same place, I don't need to be dressed up most days but occasionally the urge is there. So hard to explain. But life is better if we can leave it alone and it does not become impractical. I am an introvert and certainly nothing or nobody more importantly has ever inspired me to be Sarah accept for the odd after dark walk about. I would love help to be Sarah by other members, but I don't have a strong urge most days. I just feel different when it comes to plans on the day to try going out fully or partly dressed. We are complex!
I was out when I was in California but had to go back in the closet when I moved to a conservitive southern state to be close to parents and siblings. It has been a very stressfull 5 years.
In my travels I have been out in several conservatice states. You just have to choose and plan your outings more, but it is doable.
