Hi all! I am a new member here and this is my first post. Very excited to find an awesome and caring community such as CDH.
Although this isn’t my first time out as Jessica, it will be my first time out in Vegas. My SO and I will be spending a week in Las Vegas in a couple weeks and we are looking for must see bars/restaraunts that you ladies have had good experiences at. I’ve read on other sites about what to expect as a CD out in sin city but looking to hear what you girls have to say.
We have limited experience going out as me in girl mode but it sounds like I will fit in well in Vegas. I am somewhat passable but stand out being 6’3” and naturally pretty, speaking humbly. When we have been out locally I get plenty of unwanted attention from men so that keeps me from getting out too often. I know Vegas will be easier to blend in so I’m very excited for the trip.
I would love to hear tips and Vegas experiences from you lovely ladies!
Jess
I had three glorious nights in Vegas with my wife and her BFF back in December. We stayed on Fremont Street and had a blast. We went into all the casinos on Fremont and went out to dinner twice and never had a problem. It was my first time out in public and I'm not very confident in passing but it was so fun. Interacted with several people with no problems. I would go back in a heartbeat and Fremont is so cool. We stayed at the Circa but would stay at the D or the golden nugget next time.
Thanks for the reply Nicki! We are staying just north of the strip but plan to hit Fremont street as well.
Im happy to hear you had a great time there and I look forward to our trip. 😁
For anyone going to Vegas, Amy Lamb is a huge resource and sponsor of our community. Her skills are amazing and she will make you feel better than you ever have as your girl self. She’s at many of the events for our community.

I'll second Amy at Just you, and also Freemont street, my wife and I went last April. We went to all of the casino's, went to the strip and rode the ferris wheel at the Linq, and attended Ru-Paul Live at the Flamingo. It's Vegas go and enjoy.
Hi Jessica, I'm intersex and out and open and I both work and play occasionally in Vegas. I've never had any problems and usually stay at the Flamingo-Linq area. For daily activities I usually just dress down to jeans and a top or a business suit/skirt and jacket and blend in, however in the evenings I tend to glam up more. I will stick out then since not many people glam up anymore in Vegas but I don't really care and just have a great time. I will commonly walk in my flats, runners or sandals since it's usually a distance to go before you get to your venue and then just switch to my heels that I carry in my bag. Vegas is no fun with a blister. I do like the big shows but also enjoy Caesars Shops, UNLV, museums, art and the Pinball Hall of Fame. Driving is a mess unless it's later at night and parking can be difficult. During the day I will walk, use an Uber or get a day bus pass. I hope that you and your SO have a wonderful time. Vegas has always been my favorite city. Enjoy your neon bathing (now actually more LED bathing). Marg
