There are actually dozens of different surgeries available, you listed the two major ones, but others include orchiectomy (testicle removal), rhinoplasty, facial reconstruction, etc. I would suggest looking at a couple of the plastic surgeon sites that offer transition assistance to see a complete list of everything out there.
