I want to start hrt what are the steps what Dr do I go see and how did you start the conversation? Do I go to my primary care doctor or do I make an appointment with a specific dr? Any help on this next step

I dont about the options in your area, but I do kniw planned parenthood has gender affirming HRT available. They would have the resources for you to seek HRT. I hope this helps.

I plan on starting to talk to my gender therapist first to make a plan and then talk to my doctor.
