I watched an interesting video on youtube by Ashley Adamson. She talked about validating who you are. One way is mirror work. When you have makeup (and wig) on, look at a mirror. Look in your eyes and repeat to yourself "you're a girl, I see a girl" over and over. I am hoping to try this soon and I thought that I would share this. I hope this helps!

done all those tricks seen candyman one time. hehe But when am dressed up and look in mirror see a beautiful woman wanting to be out in reality and male shell in the mirror then shatter it.
