I guess you may not want to dress over  the top, but you still want to feel yourself, right?  No drab then!  I think the Jean's and top would be a good choice.  A nice pair of snug Jean's with a cute top.  Feminine but not " loud ".

So the winner was....... none of the above. 30+ degrees and driving meant the jeans/top was out (I get hot... and if I’m gonna be a bit stressed, I will be extra hot, not a good look)

I went in some of my wife’s 3/4 pants, one of her tops (‘why do my clothes look better on you?’ 🤷‍♀️) gaff (still not really got the hang of that yet...) shorts, bralette (no forms). Another first for the day, I do a light eye makeup job, and a bit of colour on my cheeks... this is the first time she’s seen me wearing makeup, and she likes it! First time driving dressed (ok, I’ve been to the supermarket....), first time going to a cafe dressed, to a medical facility....
