When I got into my hotel room I took off all my male clothes and packed them away. I put on a pair of panties, Fleece Supergirl PJ bottoms, and an oversized Superman shirt. I ordered a pizza. and took a shower, shaving everything from the neck down. I applied lotion and shaved my face, calling it a night.

The next morning, I did my makeup and got dressed. I put on Supergirl panties. Hooter’s pantyhose, my bra with filler, wig, and the dress. I transferred items from my wallet to my girl’s wallet, and I was out the door. I got nervous when I saw some people checking in. I kept my head up and walked by. I drove my car in those high heel boots; it took me a little bit to figure it out, but I made it to the event.

Walking to the event I gained more confidence with every step. A vendor hollered at me, commenting on how she liked my costume and loved my boots. We talked a bit about my costume and how my hair would get on my nerves. I checked the schedule to see when it was time to meet Superman. I  had some time, so I went into the Superman Museum. I asked one man to take my picture in the phone booth. After taking the picture his wife said how she liked my costume.

Later, I was asked by someone if they could take a picture with me; I said of course. A few people with professional cameras also wanted pictures of me They happened to be with the local paper. Superman hadn’t arrived at the statue, but some professional cosplayers dressed as the Justice league were there. I was asked to join them as they needed a Supergirl on their team. I went to meet and get Jerry the King Lawler’s autograph.

While in line King’s assistant chatting me up. I had cute boots on, and she liked my outfit. she wished her hair had a natural curl like mine, and I said, “oh, it’s a wig.” She told me it looked good anyway. We flirted for a bit longer it was my turn. Let me tell you the king was the nicest celebrity I have met  A real down to earth guy. Afterward, I walked around the event and got lots of cute boots comments as well as more requests for pictures. I would sit down whenever I could so my boots wouldn’t hurt my feet.

One guy asked for a picture, wanting me to stand so he could get those sexy legs. I sat back down and hiked my skirt up a little bit higher just for him. I had one lady walk by and tell me, “You are rocking that outfit, honey!”

There was a ceremony where they brought out the 60ft patriot flag for fallen heroes. I was asked to participate and to help unfold it. The Wienermobile was there, and I had my picture taken with it. I made my way to the flag ceremony. After the ceremony, I started to get overheated and dehydrated. The lines for drinks were too long. I couldn’t wait! I slowly made it to a shady spot. A woman handing out bibles commented on my condition. I sat down and took off my wig. The Bible lady asked me if I wanted her to get me some lemonade and a bite to eat. The other lady on the bench stayed and talked to me until the food and drink came.

They both stayed until I felt better, two Angels helped this crossdresser that day! I decided to call it a day. On my way out some kids wanted their picture taken with me. One asked if I could fly and I said yes but I didn’t want to show off.

On the way back to the hotel I started feeling better with the A/C on in my car. I stopped by the local grocery store and dollar tree for snacks. No one batted an eye and they called me miss or ma’am. Heading to my room, a guy passed and said very nice. I changed out of my Supergirl costume. I kept the panties and pantyhose on and added my sheer sleeved gothic top and leather mini skirt. Later on, I ordered Dominos and answered the door in the outfit. The delivery guy’s mouth dropped open and he couldn’t keep his eyes off my legs.

It was a great day! I was called miss and ma’am. There were lots of pictures taken by others with me, and I had loads of compliments.

Thanks for the article Brandee. I’ve been to Metropolis a couple times as I stop by to pick up gifts for friends. I admire you for stepping out and doing what you want to do they way you want/need to do it.
