Sometimes I think my forms are a bit too high. Sometimes I think it is the bra, there is no more room to let out the straps.
But I use the following. You’ve seen women cross their arms, and it becomes almost a cradle for their breasts. So I do the same; if it cradles them, it is at the right height. I think too it helps to make me look younger.
