As your band size is the measurement around the fullest part of your chest below your breasts, your band size (the number) would be unchanged. It would be the cup size (the letter) that would change. The cup size is determined by calculate the difference between the measurement around the fullest part of your bust line and your band size. A difference of 1 would be an A cup, a difference of 2 would be a B cup, etc.
