American women won the right to cross dress in the 1970s, as part of the woman’s liberation movement.  In 2020, if anyone questioned a woman appearing anywhere in trousers, they would be shouted down as “bigots.”

Wouldn’t it be nice for men to have the same freedom?  Well, we don’t, but we have made progress.  I had to be very careful in the 1960s where I went cross dressed but not so today.  Cowboy bars or anywhere there is heavy alcohol consumption are places to avoid, for us CDs.  Yet, today, I go most anywhere else cross dressed.  OTOH, a woman can go cross dressed anywhere, including the two aforementioned places.  Imagine telling a female police officer in trousers that she is a CD?

Bitter?  Angry?  No, not me, I don’t have the time for negative emotions like that.  I am too busy thinking about what pretty frilly girly things I will be wearing tomorrow.
