I’d suggest Dresstech hip pads. They’re expensive and there’s a bit of a learning curve to getting them on and looking right but they are totally worth it in my mind. They come in short and long lengths, the long ones are awesome for adding volume to your thighs, hips, and rear. For me the shape looks really natural and the edges are completely invisible, even under thin leggings!
