Living in Japan has it’s unique features, one of which is the degree to which cross-dressing might be accepted. When I lived there I knew about an organization, Elizabeth Club, entirely for MtF CDs. The club had a locker room to store one’s things and a meeting room/social setting. I was not able to participate as I’d like since membership was a bit expensive unless one used the facility regularly and often. Plus, I did not find it especially welcoming to foreigners even though I spoke Japanese satisfactorily. The other venue I knew about was a porno theater where there were always some CDs in attendance. Oh, in those days, porno was censored, no pubic hair allowed to be seen, so it wasn’t like the US. However, lots of interaction took place at that particular showplace, as much going on in the audience as on the screen. CDs were quite welcome!
