
Yeah! I love cooking and continental cuisine. I am amongst the UK’s top-rated chefs for Chinese, Thai, Indian, Russian, German, not french, Italian, Spanish, Hairy Bikers, Rick Stein etc.
At least, in my dreams!!! I have been the house chef for 30 years, and tried recipes from all round the world, specialising in the countries mentioned above.
My favourites? Sausage, mash and onion gravy; Vindaloo (any curry really), Thai green curry (airse burningly hot), Borscht, Fish pie, Shepherds pie, Zupa ogorkowa (Polish dill pickle soup), Dog&gun ghoulash; fishes’s and chips; Cullen Skink; Haggis,neeps and tatties. And lots more……
Just had leek and potato soup for lunch – using Turkey stock. Delish! Hungarian goulash planned for supper…….
