and odd fact most ppl dont know is they were first made for men not woman, and these i think i just read somewhere a month ago noless try flipping it upside down men and woman are different it does fit better unless u have one made for u ….  but i work as a carpenter and had back surgery it helps our spines compress all day long they do the opposite can stink the stomic too but u have to be careful they can dehydrate pushing fluid out of your core or worse hurt your back go slow takes time breaking them into…  but omg they feel so sexy…
