Rei, not sure how I fill out the insurance claim. Catapulted around the room by a genital tucking device, injuries two massive swelling of the testicles, and rubber burns, damaged caused by self bouncing off of furniture.

Are you sure you were not using a Facial  chin strap against the manufacturer instructions?
