I say yes. The time I spend (and money) on cding gets in the way of getting other stuff done. And relationships with others.
I enjoy cding. But. Today for instance. I spent 3 hours getting dressed, makeup. Browsing CDH. Instead of working on the shed.
Those 3 hours a day, while my wife is away for a week, equates to 18 hours. That is 2.5 days down time.
