Not really, you can try the dietary approach to gynecomastia and resultant man boobs, low risk, low rewards or expensive surgical implants, high risk, high rewards or HRT, moderate risk, rewards dependent on genetics. Generally HRT will result in breast development one cup size less than your mother’s and or sister’s. I did the dietary route to man boobs, then the creams, no results, then HRT and after 10 months have seen decent results. The genetics in our family are mixed. I have one sister with D cups and one sister with B cups. I have gone from AAA to AA cups with just low dose estrogen mono therapy. I expect that I will eventually end up at A cups which is ok with me. I could add an anti-androgen and progesterone to the HRT therapy and see real significant breast growth which at this point in time I may not want.
