Hi Mindy…. resolutions are made to be broken..never a truer word, but It does seem I’m like the rest of you, I want to lose a bit of that ” Christmas pudding”….I have been walking a lot, up to six miles a day and I am feeling better already, even after a couple of weeks….
( the only problem is I’m now 70 miles from home and it’s freezing…. haha)
