My mother had a natural hair wig and washed it with No More Tears shampoo because it is so gentle, then a mild conditioner and let it dry on a wig stand (she one of those wire head shaped kind. I don’t have a wig (yet) but I do remember her washing it that way, and of course when it was dry and no one was around, I felt obligated to try it on and make sure it was okay…:-)
