Mainly, is because crossdressing is a compulsion with me. I only crossdress when I feel compelled to do so. Getting too old. Had this habit since I was 5yrs old. That was 60yrs ago. Still, won’t mind being female; but it’s not happening this late in life.
Carica Catture,
I’ve been crossdressing since I was 4 years old and I’m 65 now, so as with you, it’s been a life-long thing. I’m replying to your post because I relate with your situation. My CDing is cyclical and I can go not having the urge to CD for a week or so, sometimes a month and I have gone through a period of years not CDing but then I start again. I never wanted to transition though and as with you, at this point in my life, that’s not something I’d do. That’s why I refer to myself as a crossdresser and not transgendered as I have no desire to transition. Cancer took my wife 3+ years ago and I retired and moved out West and have my own place now and I can CD whenever I want. I especially love wearing vintage slips and lingerie. I’m fortunate to still have a full head of hair and it’s long and I wear it down when I dress and I feel feminine and content, comfortable now in my own skin.
