update on my weight loss. Doc told me around March to lose weight. At time was 268. I lost. Little at time until August. I changed diet, cut coffee to two cups a day, cut sweets, exercise more. Last Thursday weighed in at docs, down to 219. Lowered blood pressure o back to safe range and definitely feel better. I would love to get down to 180 or lower. Hugs Bobbisue J
