My wife lives on keto due to having her thyroid removed for cancer. There are a lot of great recipes that are just as good, if not better than the carb versions. I even get pizza! I am not on full keto, but do eat low carb due to health issues.
Keto or not, I highly recommend avoiding vegetable oils and margarine, especially margarine, very bad for your health in general, along with processed sugar.
My wife runs a strictly non-commercial keto recipe and shopping group on Facebook, if it does not violate the rules, I will post a link here for anyone interested. It’s amazing what she can make that is low/no carb.
