I love pantyhose for the winter because they are warmer but for all other times dressing I feel thigh highs and garters are more sexy.

A tip… the tops of stay up thigh highs are usually thicker than regular stockings so if using a garter with them make sure the strap clips are large enough to fasten the stay ups.
