Well you can get makeup remover at Home Depot, but even the finest grit won’t moisturize your skin very well. I’ve used Neutrogena for years and it’s pretty effective, but I do have to rub quite a bit to get all the eyeliner and mascara off. I’ll have to give the Ponds a try. Thanks for the tip!
