As for makeup, I’m really getting into the various bits and pieces, like a nice smoky eye and bits of fake lashes to give extra “growth”, eyebrow shaping, lips, obviously, and the subtle arts of contouring, highlighting, blush and bronzer – there’s so much to learn, and only short opportunities to try and enjoy the results!

Top tip: Get a good set of brushes and research good ways to keep them clean.
