I went to a dressing service in drab, changed into femme whilst there,  borrowed some inserts and then had the makeover. Enjoyed the experience, the lady was lovely and it was the first time anyone other than SO had seen me en femme. As for the result, my expectations were too high. In my head I was aiming for Kardashian and in reality,  I’m more Roseanne Barr.  I resembled my sister. Not a good outcome.   Would I do it again? Maybe, but somewhere else where they have industrial strength makeup and somewhere to socialise / go out in public afterwards.
