Sorry about the divorce.  It can be a difficult time.

Congrats on coming out to the head of the LGBTQ+ Inclusion committee.  I know my company has an accepting policy (gender identity is among their anti-discrimination policies).  But that doesn’t mean I’m willing to come out.  I’ve worked with some people too long and don’t want to have to explain over and over why I’m wearing women’s clothes.  Even though policy says that’s not allowed, it’s hard to put policy on people’s curiosity.  And running an errand before or after work can be problematic.  They keep saying to be your authentic self, but I think that works better for the LG community than it does for people with a part time gender expression.

I’ll keep my crossdressing and office time separate.  When you choose to come out to your coworkers, more power to you and I wish you the best.
