I figure if I’m going to wear sheer to waist pantyhose and very short dress or skirt, at some point that dress or skirt is going to blow up, creep up or somehow manage to make it’s way up higher. Whether that’s by accident or on purpose, it’s nice to have something pretty and sexy underneath.
