The secret to forms, I think, is what size works for your body type and the whether you want smaller or bigger boobs. I have five pair in there sizes, the smaller ones are teenager size and the others, both breastplate types and “regular” are 46C and 46Ds, one pair foam and the others silicone.Depends upon my mood when I dress which I use. You can find inexpensive forms or go for broke with costly ones depending on a budget or spurge taste. Some forms work with some bras and etc. The Internet has many, many companies to choose from.
