Trial and error is how most of us figure it out.  Cheaper forms will let you try several shapes and sizes. Amazon is the go-to for many girls.  But quality is hit or miss and there’s no customer service at all.  FWIW, I’ve heard Roanyer is one of the better brands on Amazon.  You can also try the retailers that advertise on CDH.  They’ll cost a little more, but still reasonable for a first purchase.  They have staff that can help you decide.  Good luck.  Have fun!
