I find it difficult to cut calories. I exercise almost every day. I find it very hard to cut down on portion size, and I love my deserts.
I have lost about 15 pounds, but I think that’s mostly due to my drinking less since I’ve been dressing. This girl only has one beer in the evening.
Before I discovered my inner girl I had 2-3 drinks most nights.
Alcohol can really add to that calorie count.
