Hi Kerry! I lost over 30 lbs cycling. I bought a good bicycle, changed my diet by eliminating sweets. I cycle almost every day. I am now a size 12. I was a size 20/22 (fat!). So diet and regular exercise is my reply to you. Good luck in your efforts. Hugs, Debbie Lynn
