You said something we could live with in male and female mode so my first choice of breasts is out. While I also have large man hands that show the test of time, I might go with having my face changed in a more feminine way that would look good with makeup but not too feminine that I would be seen as a female in male clothing. Of course there are other areas like my rear end that I would love to be more shapely but we can choose only one thing.
