I know how you feel! I also really wish I could meet up with other CD’s…yet I’m also very wary as I’ve had a few bad experiences so far (NOT from this community!) from individuals that were more about ”hooking up” than enjoying the company of someone going through similar experiences. I’ve been searching for group events and I know that before COVID, there was a group in our area (Eastern Ontario – including Ottawa) that would meet yearly near Kingston, ON for a weekend. Not sure if this is still going on…but you may want to check out xxxxx It provides a calendar of events in your area. You may be able to find something happening near Toronto. Hope this helps!
