With my wife I took small ‘baby steps’ testing the water at each stage. It took a while but now, while she is still not terribly excited about Paulette being around all the time she does accept her in small doses. For example, this past New Year’s Eve we went to disco-themed party as ‘Disco Queens’ and she loved it! We also have photos of us as dance hall girls on the wall of our Old West-themed guest room.
