Whenever I hear these kind of stories I’m always a little bummed out. While it is always a tough walking up to one of us because you may inadvertently out them, I think a simple hello and a compliment would alleviate any hard feelings about that. I’m sure most of us would like to meet others even just for a moment. I haven’t met any recently out in my regular life but if I do I’m going to do my best to introduce myself as a kindred spirit!
