I have lost 35 pounds since the end of January. I have found that a slight calorie deficit and non-aerobic exercise to be the best. 2 days a week maximum for aerobic exercise. Some light weight lifting can help (I haven’t done it) to burn it off quicker as well. Find a BMR calculator and put your particulars in and drop your calorie intake 10-15% a day. I also intermittent fast.
